Medical Emergency Flights Can A Hospital Refuse Emergency Care, And Serve You Papers Denying Any Future Emergency Medical Care?

Can a hospital refuse emergency care, and serve you papers denying any future emergency medical care? - medical emergency flights

My parents take care flighted brother in the night at home to the nearest hospital. He was found unconscious and paramedics were able to revive him not. Flighted for attention, and several hours in the ICU, which ultimately became aware of it. Your heart rate is dangerously low, and he has had spells as you lose consciousness unexpectedly. The hospital released him hours later he woke up in intensive care. The hospital has refused to come with all documents, emergency care and serves no ambulance or helicopter to accept. It is the reason because he does not pay. Shortly after releasing him a big attack, and has now 5 clots that dumped her body.
Is this legal? It was not stable in the hospital, where he was released. They are also the documents on which he refused emergency care in the future, because it not legal to pay?
He has no health insurance and can not work due to medical problems in a serious car accident 10 years ago. His back was broken when a 18 wheeler crashed into his car and a police car.

If he can not work, why not the inability of the state and Medicaid? Hopefully, the latter would pay their medical bills or some of them. For the rest, I think it is (in particular the legal power, when he was fit for release), but since we are talking about the United States, I think it must speak with an attorney, "Legal aid is probably not money. Take care of yourself.
